Shipping is free for shipments made within India. For international shipping, standard rates apply.
For orders placed within India, you should expect to receive your order 5-10 working days from the day the order is placed. For orders outside India, your order will be shipped 5-7 working days from the day the order is placed.
Yes, we are happy to accept any returns or exchanges if this request is initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product. We only request that you don’t use the product and that the product is returned to us in its original condition with all accompanying tags and packaging
You can initiate an exchange or a return by emailing us at enquiry@camessicollections.com..com along with your order details, the reason for the return or exchange and a picture of the product in question. On receipt of your email, our customer service representative will contact you and will have the product collected within 2-3 working days.
Once we receive the product, our staff will conduct a quality check of the product, after which the refund will be initiated. For Credit card/Debit card/Net Banking payments, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account.
Yes, we are happy to cancel your order if the product has not yet been shipped.
