DELIVERY
- In this Policy, “we”, “our” ,“us” or “SFPL” refers to Spell Fashions Private Limited and its brands such as “Camessi Collections”. “Customer”, “Buyer” or “You” refers to who accesses or uses the services and our website and shall include any natural or legal person or legal entity on the Site or the Platform by providing Registration Data while registering on the Site and the Platform.
- This policy shall form an integral part of the Terms of Use of the Website (“Terms”) set out at www.camessicollections.com/terms-andconditions/ and shall be read along with the Terms. Any term not specifically defined herein shall draw its meaning from the meaning ascribed to such term in the Terms.
- SFPL is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavor to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the unlikely event that an ordered item isn’t available, or we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange a backorder or a full refund.
- All orders placed on SFPL are dispatched through our courier partners.
- For orders placed within India, we endeavor to deliver your order within 5-10 working days from the day the order is placed, to the address specified by you during the purchase process. For orders placed from outside India, we endeavor to ship your order 5-7 working days from the day the order is placed.
- Shipping is free for shipments made within India. For international shipping, standard rates apply.
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
- We accept changes to your order until the order has been shipped.
- If you would like to change your order after it has been placed, please email us an enquiry@camessicollections.com.
PARTIAL ITEM/ PARTIAL ORDER OR AN UNTENANTED/VOID PACKETKindly reach out to us for pilferage within 48 hours of delivery failing which the claim will not be entertained. Whilst we investigate, request you to please make note of the below pointers:
Please do not use the item for which claim is being raised.
You may be required to provide the following information:
- A short description of the case (A few questions will be asked to help us understand the scenario)
- The snapshots of the packet and other boxes (if any)
The refund for prepaid/Cash on delivery orders will be made after an investigation is conducted
You may not be liable for a refund, if he/she falls in any of the scenarios stated below:
Failure to provide adequate information about the case.
Failure to provide snapshots of the packet and box (if any)
- If a pilferage delivery was received, pilferage claims must be made the same day.
- You must not dispose of the packaging for 3 – 4 days post – delivery. We might need to pick-up the packaging for our investigation.
- You have used the item for which claim was raised.
